Insa is by far one of the top dispensaries. They always have great sales, the bud tastes & looks amazing, the points earned for each purchase are helpful for discounts & the staff members are super chill. Prices are ok but Liberty has better deals and a much better loyalty program. The thing that motivated me to write a review though was the service. Absolutely AWFUL. RUDE. ENTITLED. ARROGANT STAFF. The last one I encountered was some annoying jerk with dark framed glasses and some big coat; he was ghastly and unpleasant. There are so many dispensaries in the area that you really should steer clear of this dud. I will never return; Go to Liberty! Much better place.

There's so many dispensaries now! Insa Easthampton is my favorite because the staff are consistently nice, helpful, and you can feel the team spirit there. Every person has been great. Kayla was especially helpful last visit. She was good with me, and it was also obvious the crew respects and likes her, too. I also appreciate the specials they run. All dispensaries should be competing hard for our cash! (I don't feel like they are, but that's another story!) I'm glad I can rely on the kindness and pleasantness I know I'll be greeted with at Insa Easthampton. I'm a med patient so I go in there with pain and the customer service I receive is guaranteed not to make me feel worse. #grateful

Can’t beat the mix and match ounces. Very helpful staff helped me find the right products for me. Thank you Vaughn for your help. Insa has a great mix of quality, price, and retail experiences

Love this place! Not only do they have great product and branding but the people that work here are super friendly and helpful. This last visit I spoke with Vaughn who recommended amazing PRs and generally was just an awesome person. Help support this place, it’s a great local gem!
