Cheapest prices for high-quality. I've been to most of the other good at shops in town and this one is by far my favorite.. this shop has the biggest collection of custom blown glass as well as biggest selection of bongs in phoenix. They have all price ranges from decent and affordable quality, all the way up to the top of the line. I am a cigar smoker so I truly appreciate that they have not only the biggest selection of cigars in this part of town but also one of the freshest selections. The staff is always very cool and very knowledgeable and are always willing to help. The guy that I had a hard time finding, I talked to Austin the manager and a week later they had it in stock for me. I bought a puffco from them a couple years ago and I appreciate the fact that they always have the replacement parts and accessories that I need. This should be anyone's first stop for smoking needs. It's my favorite store. Just came in to buy another glass piece, they have a new shipment of some amazing pieces. I believe they are the first ones in town to have them come they are new designs with amazing colors. Be sure to come in during 4:20, I was just in there and found out they're going to have super deals for 4:20.

I go here every day... The staff is awesome, super nice and super helpful, they go above and beyond. They know my order by heart and it's always in stock. Best smoke shop in the valley!!!

Probably my last time coming here service went from five stars to one star, they are hiring people that bring this place down, we come here each time and spend 70 plus dollars each time normally and I used to love coming here, first weird encounter we had was about a few months ago the guy is ringing us out and has to tell us how we loved a nipsey hussle lighter that they just sold, we never have shown interest in Nipsey Hussle I'm guessing because we are African American we like nipsey hussle, we continued to come after this because we normally get great service, however, tonight was the last straw for me. I walk in to pick up an item and I'm waiting in line another gentleman comes in after me and starts getting helped as I wait in line the gentleman that was getting helped lines uo behind me. The man at the counter called the gentleman up to be helped I politely informed him that I was next only to be semi embarresed/made fun of because the man ringing him out him says “ I can help you in front of all these people if that's what you want” while laughing at me with the gentleman he helped. I come here after a long day of work to get the things i need not to be belittled or treated bad. People come here from all walks of life i get it but please treat your customers better. Edit to respond to owner, please review the cameras after i was in line, I'm aware where i was standing when looking at the incense. my complaint is when i was clearly in line. i have no reason to lie about the interaction but after this response it shows i will just take my business elsewhere. Any of your originally employees you have in there would vouch of how much i support as well how they've never had a bad experience with me. To lie about the situation to make your review and customer service is very sad. I hope you go back to hiring people with good service and not just anyone. It will hurt your business or change your clientele for sure, have a great one

They repaired my Zong for me at a reasonable price and quicker than expected. Glad these guys were around to help so I didn't have to trash my piece. For anyone curious this fix cost $60 plus tax (yours may be different depending on the break). Also everyone who worked there was BIG Chill 🤙
