Absolutely love this company. Every time I go to Lume, they have phenomenal deals! The 2G all in one carts are a killer deal. These are the 2G Cheech & Chong’s. Packaging and marketing is pretty cool! 💨🔥

I’m haven’t been to a better dispensary, and I’ve been a medical patient since 2016. This is going to be a long one so I’m going to break it down. Service: bar none the greatest you’ll get anywhere. No it’s not just all young kids, no they don’t have crazy music up so loud you can’t hear who you are talking to. You get checked in with a personal bud tender and they will walk you around and find out what you prefer and try to see if a deal applies to you. That was super refreshing and my friend I came with had the exact same experience. Choice/availability: they had every I asked for with a ton of options. I personally got carts and concentrate. The big thing here was all the options were very high quality. Especially the concentrate, it’s delicious and leaves no residue in my Puffco pro. Price: not the best in terms of cheapness, but it is by far the best value I’ve ever gotten. This isn’t just cheap stuff, it’s high quality and if you shop the deals you’re going to be much happier there than others around town. Overall this is my new go to place after being loyal elsewhere for over four years. The professionalism and knowledge that the staff brings makes this a whole new level of shopping with a bud tender. They actually care and listen. I can’t wait to come back.

I wish I could give her 10 Stars instead of five. The best service ever friendliest staff I have ever came across. Excellent customer service I can't even put in the words what kind of customer service she giving me and my wife. Simply astounding you will be seeing us again most definitely 😁!!!!!!!!

Went in for a my pickup today and was told by the guy at checkin I couldn’t take my bag ( 7.28'' x 3.15'' x 11.02'') in with me. If they had a “bag policy” and actually followed it that might be fine but they let a female customer right in front of me in with a massive tote bag (3 times the size of mine) with no questions. They said at checkout when I asked about the policy that they can’t ask female customers to leave their “purses” at the front counter, but I guess can ask a male customer with a purse sized bag to leave it? As a Type 1 Diabetic (protected by the ADA) who relies on my medication I was not leaving it at an unprotected front counter with my expensive medication in it. It’s sad that if I were a female the male at the front desk probably wouldn’t have said anything like he didn’t to the female customer in front of me and I wouldn’t be here posting. While I’m here though this place has been on the decline. 7+ employees in the building at any given time and orders are never ready or packed for pickup (1hr from time order to arrival for pickup) what’s the point of ordering ahead? No one at front counter when arriving. The person who did end up checking me in then went behind the glass and packed my order while 4-5 people stood around. I guess at least they finally fixed the parking lot. It may be time to shop around
