First time buyer from the store. Should've done my research before buying from here. They sell vape mod kits *well over the brands pricing on their website*, they don't have replacement parts for the mod that I did end up buying and don't take returns. My issue was with the expensive kit I bought leaking after the first fill, tried switching coils too. Faulty product. I would only come here for wraps and disposables in the future. (Edit to reponse of the owner.) I also did have my receipt and talked with a lady over the phone about this issue, whom had to contact her manager 3 times for questions on my product a week in. She said I couldn't return the mod, hence why I don't have the receipt anymore, and had immense trouble figuring out how my mod works when most have the same 2 designs.
