I have only dealt with Mercy Wellness a couple of times now, but the service has been impeccable! Meghan has helped me make the right choice each time and even went so far as to try and comfort me upon learning of my mother's recent passing. I guess I must have mentioned it. Wonderful experience at the Santa Rosa ave location. It was my first time here so was delighted to see the staff was just as knowledgeable and friendly as the original location. Store was super clean fully stocked and had killer prices. My favorite product was the one of a kind infused preroll pack. There are the best cannabis product I’ve had since I don’t know when. 10/10 highly recommend. They were even nice to me when I was breaking the rules on my cell phone in the dispensary and. Came in yesterday 10-14-2025 got some Heavy Hitters. Stuff! Spent like $200! I go to pay. Guys says I have no points! I’m like what! I have like over 1000 points! But apparently New Policy they Expired after 6 months! Some Bull Jive. I guess I’ll not swing by anytime soon! Others spots points never expire! Thanks for letting people know!!
