This place is amazing. The staff are all wonderful and informative. We bring in our puppies almost every time we go in and we end up staying there for an hour talking to the employees. Very friendly. The prices are fair as well. They have a great selection as well!

Visited on 9/26/17 in the afternoon. The employee that was there would've probably been more helpful if he wasn't high. That's how it came off to me. Even if he wasn't that's not the service anyone should get sober or not. Do yourself a favor and drop by any of the Avail vapors instead, super friendly and informative over there. Been to several locations and they're fantastic. Also I went to the Memphis location off of Winchester.

I have been helped by several employees here, and they’re all super knowledgeable and nice. Jason is usually working when I come in, and he always answers my questions and has solid recommendations. I’m so happy with the service and prices here! Love this shop and the employees!

Nice place with good selection just beware of their prices. I bought something for $65 that I have found online at least 5 other stores for under $30.

Great place! There was a slight issue with my long awaited mod but the guys helped me out. I'm very grateful and pleased. Swiss Beats (brightness) , Kendrick Lamar (aka-still your fault,) and George Carlin (Manager) thank you 🤗 ** names were changed to protect their privacy.**
