I loved this spot! I stopped by looking for gummies but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Zulay provided amazing customer service—she really listened to what I needed and took the time to help me find the right product. She showed me great options and also shared her recommendations without trying to upsell or push extra items. I really appreciated how genuine and helpful she was.

! WARNING ! EXTREMELY SLOW DELIVERY SERVICE Please save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. My order was delivered 4 hours after placing it (website clearly promises 50-80 minute delivery times). After a ridiculous amount of calls to this shop, they finally realized they completely messed up the delivery and gave my order to "the other lady" (no information given on who that is) and they'll get me my order right away. Almost 50 minutes later someone finally arrives and all the driver could say for himself was "it's ok" several times. There was absolutely no accountability taken for the situation. I was enjoying my experience shopping here, but this situation was so extremely embarrassing - I have no desire to continue to shop here. I don't know how it's possible to make a customer feel so unimportant, but maybe you should shop here if you want that feeling..

Never been a fan of THC until I entered Midnight Moon! So many selections and variety. Everything is so well organized and the customer service was GREAT! Zulay (hope I spelled her name correctly) was such a sweet and knowledgeable lady. I had a bunch of questions and she answered them all. I went ahead and bought the gummies Camino Exhilarate Wild Cherry for anti anxiety and stress relief. Definitely will be going back soon! Thank you Midnight Moon!
