The staff alone is absolutely Amazing!!! Their selection and quality of glass is astounding. If you're looking for a piece of glass and have questions this is the shop and people to talk to . They have more than enough knowledge to answer all questions and needs!!! I will always support this shop!!

Awful customer service, guy was super passive aggressive… bongs are mediocre and I don’t see why you would choose to spend your money here instead of literally any other smoke shop…

I ordered an engraved ring for my g/f for Christmas and the guy I talked to on the phone was awesome and the ring was sent out promptly. By the way... She LOVED It!! Thanks!! A+

Came here for a piece and was very pleased. Wonderful selection of items, lady running ot was very well educated on the inventory. Extremely polite and helpful. They explained the return policy very clearly, if you don't understand the policy and care to ask then don't gripe about it. It's an extremely reasonable policy. All around 5 star service, wish I could give more but Google won't let me.
