Thought this was an actual dispensary, not just a CBD store. Wasn't the least bit interested considering there's one just down the road at the firework store next to the Catholic church that has much more potent product for much better prices. Considering the intentionally misleading advertising, this place reminds me a lot of those sleezy overpriced cbd stores on the Vegas strip that prey on naive tourists.

I love them! The couple that owns the place is so awesome! They really wanna help people and that is amazing! I have been going since they opened pretty much. They have really good lotion and I got the oil today for my migraines and it has worked great. They have great prices and great quality product for both CBD and THC users. Definitely say stop in and see what they got!!!

They are super friendly and knowledgeable on products. They also carry my top strain while no other place can't get it. While I was on a direct objective for my strain they talked with me and showed me other amazing strains. If you want amazing service and a great knowledge base this is the place to go!

Modern Medz is amazing! Amber is the sweetest budtender around, she always knows the best flower and is very knowledgeable about different strains and how they’ll affect the user. i can’t say enough good things

The Gentelmen, owners were just the nicest people you can meet. I would recommend this dispensary out of them all so far. I am in peralta and it's worth the little drive.
