Called the business after finding out my usual Kratom bar was closed 😭😭. Got a chance to speak with the owner and he was extremely honest, nice and amazing to deal with (I mean honesty on a level I haven't seen in a long time. He messaged me that he was being completely translucent about the fact the only thing I intended to buy was slightly out of date. This of course is not a problem considering that Kratom really has no shelf life as long as it's dry and I was more than happy to continue the transaction. He expressed how bad he felt about it and gave me a little discount 😎) I was in a mad dash to get my family off to our hotel but I was having such a great time with the owner that I stuck around for an extra 10-15 minutes. Just chit-chatting. If you're looking for a good, honest local business that will provide you a quality product with exceptional customer service, this is the only place you need to go!!!! 10/10

Came in looking for a very specific size product, unfortunately Mike didn't have it in stock but went out of his way to go to his distributor, and search for what I needed. Great guy! You can tell he genuinely loves interacting with customers. 5/5 will go back to him for anything I need. I don't normally leave reviews but Mike earns every star!

Best prices!!! Best customer service !!! Mike and Joslyn are amazing!!!! There is no other vape/smoke shop I would go to. They are kind and understanding and they even make special orders if you need something they don’t have!!! Check them out!!!

Mike by far runs one of the most honest and reputable smoke shops around. He has been a part of our community and even more so a respected member. I wouldn’t trust anyone else when it comes to information regarding harm reduction and 420 related questions. This is a one stop shop. His greatest feature is that if he for some reason doesn’t have what you want he will make a plan to order it for you. Super convenient. Won’t go anywhere else!!
