This is my first time at this location and customer service is always on point!! I needed help with my vape and they help me figure out if it was something they can fix not like other places that they just tell you to buy a new one or buy another accessories for it.They actually helped me figure out how to adjust it and fix it properly and the staff is amazing. The shop is incomparable to other shops. I love it.

I try not to rate dispensaries just based on how the product hits, but I'm a whole candy bar and half a bag of gummies into the night with zero effects and I think I've been scammed. So first off the lady was kinda unhelpful. I've seen a few reviews about a short lady with curly hair so probably the same person; took a while to put down her phone. The display cases say to wait for staff, so I couldn't really inspect the product. They say "rainbow belts" and I explained to her that I didn't want to eat sour belts because they make me want to throw up. She assured me that these were square gummies not sour belts. Well, I got home and opened the bag to find sour belts. I also bought a chocolate bar that was supposed to be magic mushrooms. The bar is like 5 rows of 4 pieces and says that 1-2 is for microdose, 2-4 is "therapeutic", while 5-8 is "god mode." It also says to try one piece the first time and waiting half an hour. So I did after a couple drinks. The drinks wore off within half an hour and I was sober so I tried another. Then another and another about half an hour after. After an hour after the last piece I was still sober, so I ate another 4 pieces. Still sober after an hour, so I finished the bar. Nothing all night. After being sober around midnight I decided to try the sour belts. They were revolting as I thought they would be, but I want to see if this company sold anything that does anything. So I choked down a belt and a half; supposedly that's 450 mg of THC. That was about 1:30 am and now it's 3:16 am and I'm still stone cold sober. You may be thinking that I just have that high tolerance; I promise I do not. From other stores a 25 mg of delta 8 can make me stupid, and 100 mg has me pretty far gone. I have an HHC 50 mg here that I'm about to take for sleep since I need *something* and that thing usually makes me start loosing track of what's going on. What this place is selling - Hidden Hills and PolkaDot - I would not recommend buying. This was all tonight; I started around 5 pm with the first dose and it's 3 am and I've had zero effects other than slight light-headedness for about a minute around 7 pm. I think I just paid like $60 for crappy candy.

Highly knowledgable staff, I’ve never experienced staff elsewhere that know the detailed information I am given when I have questions. In fact, they have been so knowledgable, helpful and patient with me, I drive out of my way to visit them versus other shops that are a much closer drive from my house. Two reasons I prefer and recommend NIRVANA to others: 1. I feel comfortable at this shop. The staff I have worked with have always been friendly and helpful. I know very little to nothing about their products, so visiting this kind of shop tends to make me anxious. Here, I leave feeling confident I have purchased items I will use and enjoy versus items I am taking a chance on since I wasn’t given enough info and taking a risk in purchasing. 2. If you didn’t know your location, you’d think you were in a dispensary in Colorado. Not because they sell the same products, but because they are so knowledgable about what they sell, setting expectations, and going over procedures and policies before leaving the store. If you are concerned with buying a defective product (this can happen, no matter where you shop) they allow you to open and try products before leaving the store. If there’s a problem, it may be handled on the spot. But, once you leave the store, they can’t accept returns. This is normal policy I’ve encountered at any shop I’ve visited. Normally I don’t leave reviews that are so detailed, but I was impressed with their knowledge and customer service, I am taking the time to give back with a review they deserve! They take care of their customers!
