I walked in looking for a grav device, which unfortunately they didn't have on site but Emma told me she could order it and let me know. I had such a friendly conversation with her and ended up walking out with a glasslabs 303 piece that she highly recommend. Easily the best piece I have, so I'll absolutely be back soon. The customer service at this location is always amazing. I've shopped here for years but realized I've never left a review so I wanted to make sure I did today. When I come in the staff know my name and always greet me. They knew of a product I always buy hadn't been in stock for a while so they ordered it for me from another store without me even asking and called me to let me know when it was in. They always make me feel valued. I always recommend this location to everyone I know.
