Awesome local smoke shop with all the accessories I needed, plus a bunch of really cool 420 gifts and snacks. I got a banger with a carb cap and Glass dabber tool all for like $10. Loved their drink selection, I got a CBD drink and they had a few more to select from. The workers were really kind and helpful. I found everything I needed and at a great price! Absolutely recommend this shop.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Planet K, a smoke shop in my neighborhood, and I encountered the worst customer service I have ever received at a retail establishment. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by a disinterested employee who seemed more concerned with her phone than with assisting me. When I asked for help finding a specific product, she simply pointed to a shelf without providing any additional information or guidance. I then proceeded to browse the selection, but I was constantly interrupted by the employee, who kept asking if I needed help in an annoying and condescending tone. When I finally found the product I was looking for, I approached the counter to purchase it. I have never been so disgusted by the customer service at a store before. The employees at Planet K were unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this business at all costs.

Since the past 6 yrs it's gotten a little more awesome. Still miss Strobe lights they used to sell back in the day, late 80's -90's

The torch I bought was overpriced and broken and they don’t do returns. So they sell you broken items and keep your money. I had to exchange it for another one.. that I don’t need because I went to the bodega down the street from my house and got a better one, and it was cheaper.
