I haven't been a patient here but do collect pharmacy from here & the women at reception are amazing & always super friendly. The waiting area is always clean & tidy as well. I've never had a bad experience at PlantMed Newmarket.

Over priced and inferior product. Most of their flower is wet. You order one strain and without any consultation will receive another strain with different terpines. The only thing that is the same is THC content. Customer service is pathetic as are the prices. They don’t want to help they only want your money. Very disappointing. I’ll be looking for a more professional service which won’t be hard. If you don’t want to be ripped off look elsewhere

If you're determined to try CBD, question what it indicates when you're continually increasing your dose. Ensure you take frequent drug holidays. Be conscious when your doctor is also your pharmacist. And be cautious of clinics whose marketing says they care about your health, yet don't thoroughly dig into your history and/or dismiss your side effects as being attributable to “something else". Don't ignore the red flags just because you're desperate for relief.

I've been with this clinic for 3yrs now and up until recently it was great. I had the same doctor and he knew what he was doing and talking about and was very helpful. However he retired, and now the doctors they have are simply intolerable. They don't know the rules and they try desperately to bully you into buying only from their in house dispensary, which has a very limited range to offer. I am honestly looking for another doctor now as i can no long compromise my own care to accommodate them. I wish i could be more positive but now it isn't a clinic i would recommend anymore.

I booked in and paid the $55 deposit, only to discover that evening that I couldn't make the appointment. I cancelled the next day, 2 full weeks before the appointment. It was never indicated to me on booking that the deposit was non-refundable. At the time I cancelled, I was told I could have a refund or reuse the deposit for another appointment. I elected to keep the deposit for another appointment. However, I have since found a different drug that relieves my headaches. When I asked for a refund today, they refused. Now, I understand the need for deposits to protect the doctors' time in the event someone cancels close to their appointment and it can't be filled. But I have a hard time believing that my slot couldn't be filled with 2 weeks notice. I have dealt with many different doctors, specialists, and other medical professionals, and have never had a deposit kept if a cancellation or time change was made in plenty of time allowing the appointment time to be given to another patient. Others' reviews of PlantMed seem to echo my experience that they are rapacious and concerned only with money, rather than dealing fairly with patients. This non-refundable deposit behaviour seems to be a gouge, pure and simple. So folks, shop around! I have had friends tell me of their experiences with other medical cannabis suppliers who were much cheaper and faster, and behaved honourably.
