My first visit here. When I pulled up in front of the establishment, I thought they were closed or closed out due to the blackout windows....I somehow missed the Open sign apparently. Store is larger than the supplies available. The display case was in the back corner with not a lot of displayed items, and a lot of open floor space not used. I did get the coils I needed, but the ejuice was a lot more expensive that some of the other vape shops I visit. Even with "happy hour" the prices were considerably higher by $5-$7 for the same size bottles I usually purchase.

I really want to like this place as it’s pretty much the only vape shop near my house, first time I went and bought pods for my vape, no issue. Second time I went and asked for a certain flavor type and was told I was in the wrong demographic and was asked where I was from, well I live right around the corner so apparently I’m part of the demographic 🤷‍♀️ But the lady was knowledgeable and kind, I just couldn’t help but feel like I was being pushed out the door because of my flavor preferences. Third time trying to give them business, they have no pods. I’m done trying to support this local vape business. Obviously we aren’t compatible 😂 I went over to full moon smoke shop and they had everything I needed.

This has been my one stop shop since I started vaping. Everyone is always very helpful and knows their stuff. Julie was a lot of help today answering my questions about upgrading to a new device. Thanks to the whole crew. I'd recommend to anyone.

My first visit to PV was awesome, a totally gratifying experience, and like many other businesses that I connect with, it's the customer service that makes them stand out. Edgar helped me, first over the phone, and then I visited the Newark store the next day. He was extremely helpful, and even though I live in Marin, I will definitely be coming back.
