Great guys working there. Super good customer service. I would give them more stars if possible. The regular smoke shop I usually go to was closed and my e-pen quit working all of a sudden these guys help me find a solution to make it through the night until my regular smoke shop opens tomorrow. They didn't have the exact e-pen I was looking for. They help me find an alternative solution to make it through night. Super grateful. Didn't want to go back to cigarettes even for a night. Open late hours which is unusual for smoke and vape shops. I'm going to go back and grab me a whole pack of these little things from them.

The staff was Unprofessional and rude. Pregnant guy never listened to what I had to say and I had my business license with PROOF and they still refused service due to lack of knowledge. I don’t know if they are a new business but they need a lot of improvements including customer service. Please do better.

I went to many different hookah shops and lounges looking for good and friendly service. Once puff 2 cloud opened I started going there. The service is fast and friendly, also the owner goes above and beyond to help you. I've been a loyal customer since they have opened and I will continue to give them my business. A great small business with good values.

I'm not the smartest guy when it comes to vaping...let's face it I'm kinda dumb when it comes down to it. That being said every time I walk into this place whoever is helping me educates me and is more than happy to show me a few new tips/tricks to make sure I'm, more or less, vaping correctly. Their knowledge, patience and overall demeanor is what makes this place a quality store. On top of all of that the store is always clean and well organized. 5/5 would recommend.
