Hello, my name is Lisa Morris. I just pulled up to your dispensary. I still had 5 minutes to go before you closed at 8 o'clock. The girl was setting in her car. Smoking seemed me pulling, run inside and locked the door on me. Would not open the door or answer the phone I believe that is very rude. Your time says 8 o'clock I had 7 minutes to go I knew exactly what I was Wanting. I will not come back to your dispensary. The girl that is working is very rude and she has no work ethic. To do that to a customer.

If you show your open on website and in person sign. Maybe not lock the doors. You had customers outside waiting.

I was so happy to see Purple Moon in Sapulpa. I love Purple Moon. They never disappoint! Same great prices and service as their original Broken Arrow location. You can’t ask for anything better. Go check them out! 💜💚

I bought 4 of their 5 dollar carts and I had to check to make sure they worked before I left, I've had problems in the past with cartridges. I checked almost all of them and 3 didn't work and 1, I didn't even test because it was rusted inside. Also all of the cartridges looked like they had been reused and put new concentrate in it. The top and bottom of every cartridge had a brown ring when the concentrate in the cart was not brown. I went back into the store to see what we could do and the nice woman working had to call a manager because she didn't know what to do, I thought to myself that they should at least give me a dollar off one so I could get 4 like I had originally done but apparently they couldn't take ONE DOLLAR off. I will not be going here ever again. If you want to get and keep customers, accommodate and make up for your mistake. You sold me the faulty product.
