Rob, Joey, Taj, and of course Padawan. Even though I just met Rob, I wanted to give him a shout out as well. I walked in Rob said he would be right with me and came running when he was ready. Awesome flavor Rob suggested BTW. that's what customer service is supposed to be like! Well done!
Now my other Compadres I just wanted to give you all a shout out and let you know that I appreciate all the hard work and organizing and doing what you do and the great conversations. Great Vape shop. I have been to alot vape shops town. This store by far is the best. The staff there is amazing. Joey runs a great store. The team he leads, Taj and Autumn are awesome. They want more than to just make a sale. All three of them want to educate customers on vaping products and vaping issues. The best thing about these three individuals is. They know their products. When you ask them about juice flavors they know them, because they have tried them. When it comes to Mods, tanks, and batteries. they know what works well and what doesn't. They want to sell you quality on your budget. Red Star Vapor taking over Vapor Source is the best thing to happen to this company yet. I see great things in their futures.

I've been going to this specific store for months now, and I've always received excellent customer service from everyone who works there. They honor their word, and always try to help you find the best, regardless what you're looking for.

Stopped in for a vape and met Joseph, he was incredibly knowledgeable on the products on offer and helped me make a decision on what to get. He was friendly and helpful throughout my experience. I’ll definitely be shopping here from now on

Such a disappointment they didn’t question us about an id from the jump and we had no problem providing that. But what caught us was we could have both provided ids but “they couldn’t sell to us because the camera heard us say it was for our father” well if we’re both over age so is our dad🫤 definitely do not recommend them and as for the employees if your management is watching your every move and your conversations on camera. I would not find that as a comfortable work environment.
