I always love coming here because the customer service is unmatched. I always come in with questions about what I want to experience or what I want to address like pain or insomnia. I always leave with a solution and all of my questions being answered. I've been to several places here in Charlotte and the surrounding area but Seed to Soul Dispensary is truly the only dispensary that I use and it's worth the 20 minute drive across town.

This place number one…aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Organized. The staff is very knowledgeable and has good energy. This is helpful when shopping so you can just look for yourself and then ask questions when ready. Phillip was super helpful and had a really cool style. Tristan had a warm energy. Both ready to help or let you vibe and browse.

I came in for mushrooms since I’m from Maryland. My first time in Charlotte and starting and new life. I came in and was so impressed with the quality and the place. I love how it’s set up and how much the employees know.

Before stopping here, I had just experienced a severe panic attack at a nail salon and was feeling absolutely awful. I immediately searched for the nearest dispensary, and I’m so glad I found this one. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how beautiful the space was — the décor is stunning, and the product selection is incredible. Philip greeted me right away, even though I was clearly overwhelmed just taking everything in. After giving me a little time to browse, he came back to check on me, and we immediately connected. I found myself opening up about my day, and he listened with such kindness and understanding. His reassurance and compassion were exactly what I needed in that moment. Philip took the time to explain every product I showed interest in, answering all my questions thoroughly — and even went above and beyond with additional information. Not once did I feel rushed. He balanced helping other customers while still making sure I was completely taken care of, even though I was there for over an hour. The customer service here is truly exceptional — an easy 10/10 experience. I left feeling calm, cared for, and grateful. Thank you, Philip, for turning such a rough day into a positive one!

I came in to try some micro dosing and boy was I in for treat! I’ve never had such a clean fun micro trip in my life!!! And I only took1 !!! So take carefully! But sue especially is a GREAT person and sale guy! Thanks guys!!!! Make sure you visit them!!!!!

I love this place! I went in to get CBD oil for my kitty with anxiety only to be told they have them in treat form. I give my little psychopath a couple right before bed and it helps him relax. Ravi and Nate are amazing! Helped us navigate our first experience and truly made our visit a delight. The atmosphere is very beautiful and chill. I never felt rushed or pushed to buy anything I did not need. They even have international snacks that you won't get in a regular store. Fun!
