Seymore helped me get some stickers and buttons made and I was thrilled with the quality. He was great to work with, and very reasonably priced. Love his t shirts and other merch, and it’s always great seeing him around the neighborhood. We are lucky to have him and his business in Roslindale.

Zero stars if I could. I asked if he could fulfill a rush order because I thought of something last minute to go with a Father’s Day gift I’d already gotten. It was supposed to be an apron for a grandpa. I even asked if doing a hoodie or shirt would be easier and he said no I can do the apron. That goes great with grilling equipment right? Not if you get it here. This man was very quick to take my money but less than expert at creating the product. Being busy I had my mother & sister pick it up for me. No problem. I look at it and first thing I notice is it doesn’t match the reference photo at all, it looks like a copy paste nightmare. I look past that, it’s a rush order. I can deal with it but not with the wrong date printed. So I message him letting him know the wrong date is printed and I had sent him a few emails as requested beforehand with the correct date and wording. He says okay bring it back. I’m psyched. They bring it back and he just peels the number off and puts a new number over it leaving behind the residue from his first mistake. I have worked in customer service and I know how hard it can be to be criticized at your job even if you’re wrong so I was very nice to him. I simply called to let him know I was unhappy with how it turned out and asked what we could do to rectify this situation to which he responded he was “doing me a favor and that’s just how it’s going to look” which is disgusting because I made sure I paid him before I left the apron in his hands. When I let him know he was fulfilling a service he was paid for not “doing me a favor” that seemed to greatly upset him. Next his comments were “I don’t normally take clothes from people it’s in my waiver. I need to be able to mess up.” (I never got a waiver to sign.) Followed by “You’re nitpicking you can’t even see it from far away,” “You’re not getting your money back at all.” then there’s the kicker “You need to get off my phone because you’re not going to be the end of me.” This is all while he’s being extremely disrespectful to my mom and sister in his store. So I’m so confused because I had a great interaction with him when I dropped the apron off. All of this for him to “fix” it again by placing an overly large heart over his first two mistakes. This was all happening while he was watching YouTube videos on how to fix it. If you want to do business with an upstanding member of the community go somewhere else. This man is a disgusting example of what a business owner should be. I was deeply disappointed that I came here specifically because he’s a small business owner only to be treated like garbage. Very disheartening community experience. I included photo of the text and emails between us, the inspo pic he was sent and then his countless mistakes.
