They have a 24 hr policy on defective carts. Amazing since I didn't immediately use mine for a few days because I was finishing up a previous cart. I go to use the one I bought here and after 10 puffs it's done. Thought no problem I have my receipt all good. Nope. What a bulletin policy. Go to sunnyside. It's a bit of a drive but always have better prices and they will always make it right with you on defective carts. They always have for me

First time coming in the location is really in a bad area of town.. I do appreciate how nice it looks inside. Prices are ok.

My first time here and Miss Renee greeted me warmly and was very nice. She took time to tell me about some of the weekly specials they have and made checking out a breeze. I ordered online before arriving and felt it was really easy to do. As for the shop itself, I feel they have a great selection of products and lots of great deals. I definitely will be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I don't know if I would recommend this place.They are not a friendly group, and here's something else.I don't understand every other dispensary.In town, when you get to the register has a small list of quick addons to make it kind of easy when I ask them about you guys have a list of adons, she looked at me and goes, what are you talking about?So they really aren't a very customer friendly store.So I will stop buying my products there

I visited the store on December 7th they had signs up they were closing early because of some much needed upgrades. I made a purchase asked about my rewards and was told I should wait to use them because I would get a better bargain. It’s now December 9th and I try and use my points to find out they have changed the system under new ownership and have no way to allow their customers to use the points they earned. This place is a complete scam how do you have a building full of employees but nobody knew about this until it happened? You just lost a loyal customer.

I bought a disposable. It was $90 and only worked the first Day. I tried charging it and not taking a charge at all. Waste of money here. The product Sky- White Gusher. Still have the receipt. Better to go else where. Cheap product for high price here. Bad experience here with their disposables.

Dustin was amazing. He was very friendly & very patient. He was knowledgeable of the products that was offered. Answered all questions he was asked. Will definitely come back if nothing more than the service.

The deals were top notch and the points system and variety they had was great before they were suddenly bought out. Now they're just like every other overpriced dispensary in town. Whoever bought them is making changes for the worse and I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Shagri-La will be missed.

I have been here numerous times and I will never be back. The dude with the long hair and nasty condescending attitude patient consultant 88555, Sorry, I couldn’t focus on his name through all of his huffing and puffing and inconvenience of having to do his job. From the moment I went in there, he blatantly ignored me when I was trying to talk to him about an issue that I had on a previous battery and that I needed the threading matched to not have that issue again. His customer service was awful! When I said, I would buy something He suddenly had a personality. Everything he responded with was condescending and passive aggressive. I tried to brush it off and I made a comment about the card service when I said “oh that’s why it comes out as ATM.” He said yeah because it is an ATM in a nasty tone. When I called to talk to someone, the person at the front desk was nosy and just wanted the information on everything and then said sorry you had a bad experience and hung up. He just wanted the gossip of it so he could let the back know what was happening before the GM called that I requested. I am a disabled veteran 100% PTSD and I use marijuana for my medication, I just Needed help finding a proper battery and I got met with ignoring and attitude. You can watch the videos, I’m sure there’s plenty of surveillance. If that’s your idea of customer service, I’m bringing my business as well as others, to the other dispensary in Lima. Nasty customer service.
