The lady I met was very kind, very helpful. I went to purchase a cigar ashtray for a co-worker's birthday present. Tobacco Store had exactly what I was looking for. I also noticed a walk-in humidor and a variety of incense, candles, room sprays, and more. It was a nice experience.

Over the past several months I've had to travel to Memphis for work. During each of my stays I went to Tobacco Store for a cigar and to relax after a long days work. From the very first time I walked in the door I felt at home. The staff is kind and friendly wtih a great selection of cigars. Even found a few unicorns from time to time. Must visit location if you are in the area.

The customer service was excellent however, I noticed that there was NO Humidor. I wouldn't call this a Cigar Lounge, more of a tabaco store with dried our sticks. If you like great fresh sticks I wouldn't recommend this location.

The lady at the register is nice. (I think she's the owner) She even gave me some free cone incense to try since it was the last pack and it was already opened. They smell really good! They have a variety of cigars, wraps, vaps, candles etc. Black Owned!!! Stop and get all of your smoke needs!
