I love this place. Super close to my house, always friendly and they ALWAYS have good vibes. I love that the budtenders here can read the room too and are not too pushy, yet extremely helpful & kind if needed. There is a very big selection of products, with different price ranges, and consistent deals. (Many dispensaries just have higher prices, and when they lower it they are really just matching their competitors price.) I love that you can see the clearance rack too from the customer POV, as they always have amazing deals. I don't see this in many shops. Check this place out, definitely one of my favorite shops at the moment. Great hours too, they were even open on Thanksgiving. Keep up the great work guys, I appreciate you forreal.

Silverleaf staff is friendly and knowledgeable, product selection is great, and prices are fair. They have frequent sales/promotions, and a nice rewards program. Today I had a slight issue, which was entirely MY error, by Sanhil graciously rectified it for me without hesitation. It was definitely service above and beyond!

Have only really had average experiences at Silverleaf but 2 of the times I’ve been there really turned me off from this place. Despite this being the closest dispo to my house (5 minutes) this is the one I least frequent because of these experiences. First off I want to say that their selection is wide and up to date and almost too expansive; their budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable, they also have very competitive pricing in line with operations of their size.
That being said, the first negative experience I had with them was when I purchased a .5 gram byc rosin cartridge from them, it was on sale for $35 so I thought $40 out the door was a great deal, little did I expect the cartridge to barely work on all 5 of my pens, when I finally got one to work the cartridge was actually decent, up until 7 hits in when I started experiencing a burning taste. I wasn’t taking blinkers or big hits but the burning persisted no matter how long I waited. I went back and another employee informed me that the byc carts only work really work best with one style of pen that they didn’t have in stock and that they’re known to get burnt after some hits, something that the first employee said nothing about. On top of that they wouldn’t let me exchange for anything else except for the same cartridge. So I walked out the door with a new cartridge and a battery they said should work. I went home to try the new cartridge just to have the same problem occur 10 hits in. At this point i did some research just to find out that the cleancore hardware that byc uses are all known to be defective…meaning that they’re knowingly selling defective carts with the justification that they’re “on sale.” This should’ve been an issue that they handled with their supplier instead of burning their customers with defective products. The second negative experience was earlier today when I stopped in on the way to work because I wanted to try this new strain that I heard about online. Having known what I want I expected this to be a quick in and out trip, 5 minutes max. However for some reason despite their being 3 budtenders working, there were only 2 at the counter and despite being the first in line I ended up waiting what felt like 10+ minutes there for what was supposed to be a quick trip. On top of that my cannabis total with tax came out to $48 and change online but I added $2 king sized element papers and $1.50 raw tips to my order but somehow the total ended up being almost $55 meaning I paid almost $7 for what should’ve been $4 with tax at most. Having managed a smoke shop I know those things are dirt cheap..The budtender also did not ask if I wanted a receipt, which I thought was sketchy but I didn’t question because I was in a rush. Having been a consumer for 14 years with experience in the industry I would have to say my experience here have been mid at best.
