I’ve been loyal to this sir smokes ever since they opened up. Excellent customer service, tough-to-beat prices, and positive energy in the shop. Unlike most other smoke shops, the staff here will actually give you the time of day and make sure you walk away happy. Great people, great business. I always recommend this shop to anyone who smokes or vapes!

the Bald guy is condescending and agitated for no reason. i went in to resolve an issue i was having with a product and was met with hostility. though the problem was solved, his attitude and disregard felt more like a settlement to a dispute rather than a resolution to a concern. i am aware batteries lose charge over time; however this battery didn't even let me know it was plugged in to the charger.

I had accidentally gotten a CBD Cartridge that was broken and They were able to get me a new and my money back! The staff is so kind and friendly, they made me feel extremely comfortable.
