Well, I might be a bit biased since I work here. I didn't know anything about kratom, but Serena and Jeremiah definitely made sure I learned. Don't read U.Sam's kratom information, or you'll come away getting hooked on big pharma. Instead, go to kratom.org for the truth. Also, we are strictly a kratom shop... no longer vapes and novelties. Sorry, but Google won't allow us to change our online description. I understand that frustrates people, as well as the owners and workers. Thank you to all our loyal customers. And we have a new line (Madd) that will blow your socks off. Also, our extract is 30% more mit that can be added to the regular kratom to boost it. Come in and let us know what you think.

Super kind staff. I love walking in this place. I'm greeted with a smile every time. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful and always in a good mood. He'll other special items he doesn't have in stock and also has the best prices I've seen anywhere. Definitely recommend

Lady was rude over the phone when I just called to ask a question won't be recommending this place to anyone. Even further trying to defend themselves with the way they decided to treat the situation they DID NOT tell me what they sold instead, only that "NO we do not have that product, we don't ever sell that product" is exactly what you said, so you will get a review that reflects your own attitude and reflecting your own bad day on your customers is NOT "Excellent customer service" Good Day ma'am.
