Poor weed quality which is very disappointing. I used to come to this spot a lot when I worked in the area and I've never been disappointed until now. Customer service is excellent, I just wanted to put that out there. I love the smartweed staff. Super friendly and sweet kind people. Went in to purchase a $20 half oz last week and when i went to go and try tosmoke it today i opened the bag and I was disappointed! The weed looked like street trash and was poor quality. Ps I still haven't even smoked it and I don't plan on smoking it. Would love a refund or an exchange for better quality.

Been going to this place for a long time because it's close to me. Its an aggressively okay dispensary. The weed is average to bad. The customer service is fine if not a little pushy. But like whatever, it's close to me. The real thing against it is that the store is ran with such an apathy. Their deals are all over the place and not consistent. First they introduce a stamp card. 10 stamps and you get %15 off... At a time when they were also doing %20 off early bird deals 7 to 9 am. When I asked them "why would I keep track of this card when you offer a better discount daily". They said "it's actually worth %30 off". Which was a smart fix, but clearly didn't say it on the stamp card. So I go in and again and now they're doing reward accounts, not stamp cards and they ended the early bird %20 off. One of several times I've gone in and ended up spending way more than I intended to for subpar weed. Last time I went in, a short bald man told me I had a $5 discount i could use. Or save it and next time I'll have a $10 discount. I tell the short bald man behind the counter let's save it for 10. Then when I go in and check out, all my points are gone, and the last time I used these points were in May (I asked the cashier). Sure, I spent 10 dollars more than I intended but it's become enough of a pattern that i will no longer go to this dispensary. I feel that I have been ripped off by this store due to passive incompetence too many times. There are plenty of other dispensaries that keep track of rewards far better, and don't have your points get seemingly erased
