Very good customer service. AK was very knowledgeable and nice to every customer. Carefully explained the origins, use, and every other detail of the hookah I bought. Also hooked me up with extras for waiting. Most definitely will return and I recommend. He would not let me leave until he was sure my glass purchase was secured in bubble wrap

BUYERS BEWARE ! they (name of employee: Adam) scammed us $50 for a pen that didn’t work the wax would either get stuck or spill out! went back back after leaving the store for refund told me i smoked it all so i don’t get a refund he just said he’ll sell me another one. They sell broken cheaply made products they try to sweet talk and upsell you with fake name brand products. go elsewhere all the good reviews are fake it’s like 50 employees writing them.

Be sure to pay attention to the total at the register. Attempted to purchase incense, went to check out and the price was somehow 50% more than it should have been. Showed the clerk the sign and he said it was wrong. Thanks for wasting our time.
