Worst experience ever!! I was picking up a glass item for a friend and the guy was sooo rude!!! I walked in and said, "hello" nothing. OK, I made my purchase and asked for a bag. The cashier said whatever! He didn't want to give me a bag. I will never return here again,even though I frequent the area.

Would leave no stars if I could. Purchased a couple of batteries for my Vape. One of them was DOA. I tried to get it replaced and they told me "No returns or exchanges". Do not shop here ever, for anything.

Love Encore. Hardly feel like u are in a regular casino. Restaurants are great. Atmosphere beautiful.
