This use to be my favorite spot to come and get what I needed. Now it’s super different and I didn’t like my last experience in the shop. Sad to say I have to find a new place to purchase my bulk stuff. I will not be returning unless the vibe change. 😏

If you're looking for a spot to snag your backwoods, this place at Greenbriar is where it's at. My hubby and I swing by here at least twice a month, and let me tell ya, it's our go-to for good reason! The staff, especially Fauni, are top-notch – super friendly and on the ball. They even called and gave us a heads-up when our faves were back in stock! The selection is dope too . Next time you're in the Greenbriar, looking for fresh backwoods (honey bourbon to be exact) definitely drop by.

Last experience sucked! It use to be real chill and I use to look forward to spending my money at this location, I literally drive from midtown to receive one deal and one deal only. Been getting the same deal for over a year and a half. After informing the new person what the deal was, which was something so simple I was met with we don’t do that no more. ( it felt harsh ) And to be transparent, the deal was buy a box of cigarillo’s and get a free $1 or $2 dollar lighter 🥴 so simple, and I swear the person said they’d honor the deal to tell me no at the end. I bought two boxes, that was close to $40 dollars in one transaction. And I use to do that once a week. Oh well, hello random gas station, I’ll just get one or two from here or there. No sense in coming to Greenbrair anymore 😫

I am very happy with the great customer service at this location at Greenbriar Mall. The staff are the best at customer service and presentation. Come in here to see all the cool stuff you never knew was available, and enjoy. Steven
