I love coming to this location! They always take great care of me. Ali is the bestest! She’s always extremely helpful and has exceptional customer service. Even the store manager Gaby makes sure I have my special black and milds that I love smoking lol. At first he didn’t carry them at this location, but promised he would get them in; and definitely kept that promise. I will always and forever be a customer here!

I come in to look for some gummys 6.8.24 around 12 o’clock and the employee there at the time was helpful and helped me find what I was looking for. He explicitly tells me one product is 15.99 and the other product is 12.99 verbatim. I asked him to confirm this multiple times and he confirmed the same prices up until all the way to check out. I don’t get a receipt at the end of the purchase I leave and noticed that I was charged almost $70 for two items. I attempt to call back since I drove over 20 minutes out the way to get there, over the last three hours since I left and was not able to get a hold of the person that I was just speaking to luckily hours later another associate was able to answer my call and let me know that the phone was off the hook for the last hour and a hour and a half. She lets me know that one of the products that I bought was actually 49.99 instead of 15.99. I appreciate her for verifying what I had bought in the amount that I paid for, but it doesn’t make sense. How an employee can clearly lie about a price of an item to sell it and then you guys don’t offer refunds to fix it. I was told I may have “misheard him”, but I know I didn’t. So check the prices of your stuff yourself and ask for a receipt every time and beware they don’t do any refunds for any reason even if it’s their own fault

Honestly, amazing customer service. Rosy helped me out on fixing my mod tank, very informative on my device as well. I ended buying a new tank and she recommended very tasteful ejuice! Thank you Rosy! Shout out to smokebucks!

It started out great, but now they never have the vape juice I've been using for years. The people that work there are awesome, but I'm tired of begging the owner to order Custard Monster Vanilla for months now. He either doesn't care about keeping customers or is not informed, but I'm done with this store. The new one across the street ordered it specially for me and had it the very next day.
