Incredible customer service, bought a vapor cig and it wasn't working just right. Went back to see them, they not only fixed the problem, but upgraded my tank for my troubles. This shop offers a wide variety of consistently good quality smoking, vaping and hookah products. Owners and staff, alike take their time with customers, are helpful and educationally friendly, rather than just pushy salespeople, or worst of all - the stereotypical dude working at a local smoke shop, sitting on a stool behind the counter with that dull, slack-jawed look of vague disinterest in ringing up your purchases. The Smokin Section is big on great customer service, and also creating a positive experience for adults that come into the store. Like most smoke shops, this place has music playing ~ with the loud booming base accompanyment ~ however, it IMMEDIATELY gets dialed way down, (to barely audible) every time this 55 yr old woman walks through the door. It’s not just for me, either. I’ve seen them extend similar courtesy with other women and men, who are of an age where they don’t much appreciate the music of today. I’ve observed spirited conversations with staff and other clientele about current events, I have seen them turn away under-aged kids, as well as open doors, carry boxes to your car, and a slew of other polite, generally nice things to do for your customers when you’re in the business of growing your business. As traditionally seedy as these types of business usually present, the Smokin Section is a class act. Somebody did a great job raising these young men. I sincerely wish them continued success and prosperity! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

Almost cheap but the cashier was not at all friendly. He was super nice, warm, and welcoming to the couple in front of me but never acknowledged me even after the other couple left. Worked in a pinch, but i wont come back unless I absolutely have to which will be never.
