So clean. So organized 👌 I've noticed the change since that tall Dude Fareed started around a year ago. He has the best customer service, such a polite and super helpful dude. Best smoke shop I've been to in all Tampa , Brandon and Riverview . I'd give it a 10 start if I could! Highly recommend! You can find all you need !

I looked at all your reviews and the problem here reading all the reviews is I would not step in your store, one because you do not back up your products, what do you think a customer is going to do to a vape when they already spent the money. If it doesn’t work it does work so right there you already said you don’t guarantee and don’t back up the products you sell. That’s not customer service. So you just lost a potential client and on top you open late and that not good for business. Yes you have your loyal customers, but I read that a loyal customer had a problem and you did not rectify the issue. A good company would back up the products a client buys from you. Especially if they are returning the same day.

Love this smoke shop! Always my go-to for the latest products at fair prices. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Plus, they always seem to have what I need in stock. The vibe in the shop is chill, and the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend!

I love the service here, everytime I come in the store he's friendly and welcoming. He's the best, I was having such a rough day, but then I had car trouble right outside. He walked outside and was more than happy to help me. Imma definitely come back again and again!
