I have been shopping this location since it has open. Staff has always been awesome. I have been bringing in my service dog he is in training and is 7 months old. A new manager and security person decided my service animal was a concern after I made my purchase and left I was called at home. I was told not to come in with my service dog again. There was 1 patron who asked to pet the dog and the other had no issues with him. To kick a Service Dog and Veteran out with no cause is illegal

I'm from out of town and chose this dispensary out on a whim. Very happy I did so! The place was nicely organized and offered lots of quality brands. What sold me to write a review was Frankie's customer service! From the second we walked in, we felt welcomed by Frankie. I was looking for some pre rolls and he didn't hesitate to show us some deals. The overall experience was fast, friendly, and top tier experience. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. I don't shop much at my local Sol anymore due to poor customer service. But when I'm on the east side I do enjoy this shop. Good people good atmosphere, just a bit rough entering the parking lot

This places has a whole lot of deals and I love the new location. All the old staff is there too. They use to be tucked in that weird corner with all the construction and that horrible parking! The new location off of 32nd and Shea has way better parking and their product displays look amazing! Definitely worth checking it out!

On February 20th, I had an unforgettable experience at Sol Flower Dispensary, where I met some incredible individuals. Among them, Bobby stood out with his professionalism and wealth of knowledge. His guidance in selecting the right CBD for my wife’s chronic illness was invaluable. Even though Brian had to leave, Kyle seamlessly took over, ensuring I received the support I needed. Kyle’s generosity with freebies and honoring the buy one get one free offer made our first visit truly memorable. His thorough explanation of CBD usage eased my concerns about my wife’s medication. The care and attention from the staff, including mickey who expressed gratitude for the safe return, left a lasting impression. Their genuine concern and professionalism made navigating through unfamiliar territory comforting. I’m deeply grateful for their kindness and expertise, which made a daunting experience into a positive one.

They did not accept my document and I always buy from them, bad service

I’ve had to call both yesterday and today due to the online menu not being accurate. Each time, staff has acted like I’m bothering them and they are too busy to assist me or hear me out. Neither woman was kind or personable, the calls were very awkward. I’m not sure if their phone system doesn’t work properly or if staff isn’t aware how to operate it, but when i did get them to help, they hung up and i have to call back which is frustrating when i only need a simple answer. (This happened 5x and they never apologize or accept responsibility for it, both women put the blame on me which was very strange) today I asked the staff member to please add an item to my bag because it’s unavailable online due to low stock and she said “I’ll try but I’m busy” that’s quite honestly a ridiculous answer to give a paying customer- And as someone who’s worked as a manager in the marijuana industry for several years, it’s very disheartening when I’m the customer receiving the questionable service.
