I am always impressed with the excellent customer service at Sticky's (Oracle / Orange Grove). Today I was assisted by Sonny, the store manager. He is knowledgeable, helpful and a blast to deal with.

We absolutely LOVE this shop! They have the best products at the best price range! There is not another shop in Tucson that I would rather go to. They're also animal lovers and have been known to help pet owners in the community when their animals have needs they can't meet on their own. All of the employees are absolutely wonderful! They greet you with a smile, are always willing to answer any questions you have, never have an attitude (unlike so many head-shop workers at other places that can't be bothered to show you something or let you look at a few different items) and they always make us feel like we are coming in to visit with an old friend. I refuse to waste my money buying overpriced vapes (getting stuck with counterfeits) at any other store. I save money, buy the best brands and leave with a smile on my face every single time I stop at Stickys! Vivian is our favorite and we are always happy when we walk in and see her! We met her when were having a really bad day and someone suggested talking with the people at this shop. Definitely made the right decision following that advice. Sunny and Vivian are always so friendly, knowledgeable and personable when I come in. They genuinely care and it shows. They have often been a listening ear, never knowing how much it meant from the other side. They have never let me down about a product they recommended. They are awesome people with great products, prices and service
