The white lady in today 5/16/24 at 2:17pm attitude was stale and kind of stank. No greeting like the others in the store did .. after purchasing my items there was no thank you have a good day. I said thank you and there was no your welcome. Nothing lol just rude. She stood there with this look on her face like she did not want to be there. I’ve never had this type of interaction coming here. I almost told her can I go to another counter. Nothing friendly about her vibe. As far as the other employees I’ve always felt welcomed and their positive energy.

I give 1 star Because. Today 06/25/2024 around 07:59pm. i came here to buy a product the cashier Name Faith H. Not welcoming me and her attitude was way out of control. i walk inside the store. i was the first one in line. and she calls me. i walk up to her. i was about to tell her what i need. she yelled at me really loud. i need to see your ID first. just like a popo when you commit a crime. i didn’t exchange word with her . if she was a guy then there was a problem . but as a customer i don’t recommend this ugly face and nosy cashier to work here. iam gonna file complain to higher department of Stiiizy. hope stiiizy read reviews and take action about her. here i see more complain about her in reviews too

Terrible experience. I will not be returning to this location. I was sold the wrong item because the employee didn't listen to my order. Came back within an hour after I realized with unopened item. Was refused exchange or return and had to purchase a new battery to just to use a product I never wanted in the first place. Incredibly unprofessional, too bad

I suggest you only buy 1 thing at a time from ANY stiizy especially this one because many of the products I’ve purchased here were defective and they refuse to give you a replacement or refund. Me personally, won’t be back but definitely had to share my experience. Be careful spending money here because management DOES NOT CARE if the product is defective. They just do not care and to top it off, they are extremely rude when you let them know about defective products. May even call you a liar even though there are other reviews here saying the exact same thing. Already used products, defective products, and extremely nasty staff who’s attitudes are probably suggested by managers who are thee rudest!!
