Amazing prices and great security. I love having a security guard on staff. It makes me feel safer. I had stop going unless my husband was with me due to the vagrants hanging around. Having security guards makes me feel safer picking up my medication by myself. Please continue to keep security on staff.

Since getting banned from Fluent, I have found so many deals elsewhere and SUTERA was especially nice. Great deals and good products. There are many places in Gainesville that have far better deals than Fluent. They owe me my points! I recommend this place if you watch for the deals.

Ok, I always leave a review when a business is worthy of a second look and want the public to know an exact observation of places I've been. When I was diagnosed with throat cancer 5 years ago, I didn't want another surgery, and I didn't want to one more doctor telling me the invasive things they do to your body. I sought out medical marijuana to try to see what relief, if any that would help. I must have went to nearly every dispensary and I won't mention the names because they don't deserve a second look. The dispensaries I've been to have been nothing like Suterra. Nothing! Suterra helps you identify what strain you need and it feels a bit more caring when it comes to things like this. Because I have special issues, they are my go to for advice on what is right for me. That's a relief to know someone will help you, none of the other dispensaries offers this at all. Also, I have been sold by some of the other dispensaries ,containers that were clearly opened and the seal broken or missing and they didn't weigh their stated weights. This isn't a good practice and at Suterra, this has never happened, not once. The other places on the tablet you review before going back, shows one price, such as say, $25.00, when a calculator is used and the price suddenly becomes 30 and $35.00 it just starts looking bad. When i go to Suterra the price is the price! It doesn't change suddenly.That's how a good business operates. I've had the door opened for me, as I am getting to have some muscle weakness and after I make a purchase somewhere else, they move on to the next person and they really don't care that I either struggle with the door weight, or wait for a customer to open the door. Seems u become invisible the minute the money leaves my hand. The staff is always glad to see me come in. They greet me and this place, Suterra has you in and out in literally a fraction of the time as the other dispensaries. The average trip, because I know what I want now, unless I have questions, usually takes under 10 minutes and most times 6 to 7 minutes maximum, from the time I walk in the door. Sometimes random chatter isn't always wanted when trying to get home. They are a business yet have time to recognize the customers more personally than most places. I can't say enough for this company other than, if you want a good deal, you don't want your product tampered with while at the same time save time with getting in and out before 25 minutes, go to SUTERRA. NO BETTER DISPENSARY IN THE GAINESVILLE AREA FOLKS. LIKE NO OTHER. TRY THEM OUT. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.

I go to the store frequently. Ever since the security guard, J has been there and the presence of the store. I feel more safer. He got rid of all the pan handlers on the street that would bother me when I would come out with my purchase. He does his job 100% and he’s very professional and friendly. I hope that he stays there for a very long time because I feel better when he’s present. Also, the two employees that work there on Saturday are also very helpful and friendly. They always share different options with me . All of them deserve a five star review. Celeste Walkup.

This is one of the best dispensaries in this city. Ask for Ms Jaq, the manager- she’s one of the most competent and kind herb professionals that will work with you to find what you need and what you like- and get you a good deal, too. Her and her team of DA’s are some of the best in the area. Grateful to have them here in GNV.💚
