Ordered twice and can't get an answer as to why I haven't reviewed the products. The money was taken out of mt account and when I call them they put me on hold and never come back on. I'll be taking legal actions to get myoney back. Just received a call and the issue was taken care of by the owner. He was helpful and apologized.

I’ve been coming to Tampa Bay Hemp Co. for years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. The employees are always so nice and friendly, and help with whatever I need. Definitely one of the best shops on the gulf coast.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! Ordered 2/17/23, never received merchandise or tracking information. Contacted Company on 3/3, received reply on 3/4 stating package will go out 3/6. Was contacted 3/6 with conformation number of original package, package has been dormant since 2/27. Company filed lost package 3/7 and stated they will resend after talking to USPS. Contacted Company again on 3/14, was informed would have answer on 3/15, no reply was received. Contacted again on 3/20, no reply to this date. Reported to my financial institution 3/27. Not Companies fault for package being lost in mail. But, no replacement of items or return of numerous contact attempts is reason for rating.
