I bought seeds from this place through their website, and they shipped me seeds that were 2.5 years old. I emailed them using the email address on their contact page and they just ignored it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered edibles through their website, and some of them were completely melted together. So much so that it was nearly impossible to separate them evenly. I'll give them 2 stars because they did ship the orders right away, but the quality of their products is definitely lacking.

I think I got an email from Leafly about Simply Crafted and I am super glad I decided to try them out because Simply Crafted’s gummies have been a game changer for me. I’m not a huge edible person and sometimes I get a headache or stomachache from gummies but their gummies always hit the spot. The effects are quite nice. I have not been in the building so I can't speak to that. Their website was great and the delivery was perfect! Part of my order happened to be something that could melt.....there was the cutest little ice pack (okay it was plain but tiny and perfect) in the package. Everything met or exceeded my expectation. I have my medical card but found this to be a much or pleasant experience compared to going to my local dispensery (almost an hour away). And I don't feel like I had to sacrifice quality or anything. The last star really was because of the tiny ice pack! The attention to detail....and care that went into it was so nice.

We always had good products and customer service until recently. Two orders in a row were wrong. We asked for one to be exchanged for the correct product, and a refund on the other. Have yet to see the promised refund, and it's been two months. No response to emails. It's $65, so it's not nothing. :-(
