Came here and it was closed 40 minutes before what is says their store hours are. This is not the first time their hours didn't match what it said online. UPDATE: At this point just don't even waste your time here. If you don't come an hour or more ahead of time...they won't help you. They will literally be sitting there doing nothing and not help you. This is the second time they have done this, definitely won't be back for a 3rd time.

Leaving a review since the most recent ones were kinda low. I haven't been to this spot since they started the switch with new ownership. The transition was confusing at first, but coming back almost a year later-- it seemed pretty cohesive. The online ordering was easy (still had my info in the system) & i went on a weekday evening, so i didn't have to wait long. Workers were still nice and the process was seamless! I'll be back again.

Placed online order. Called to confirm it was ready for pickup. When I come to pick it up they tell me it’s expired and they can’t sell it to me. Horrible customer service. Terrible selection of product. This store is a dump ever since they changed owners. Don’t bother shopping here. Product is all old, everything is over priced. Not worth the aggravation. Victor is rude. Jemimah is unhelpful. Terrible all around. Edit: Checked their website the following day, they still have the expired product listed on their website for sale. Buyers beware of this place. Shady business. Left from this place yesterday and went to ascend in laurel, the staff there is super friendly and they have better selection products at better prices. No reason to return to burtonsville anymore.

First time coming here and felt very welcomed. Andrew was very helpful and engaging, made the visit very enjoyable and helped with changing a few things on my account. Will definitely be coming back.

Almost perfect! I've been to this dispensary twice. Victor was very helpful and polite to me. I would agree with other reviewers that this dispensary does not have quite the same welcoming feeling.
