Budtenders will tell you whatever you want to hear to make you choose a product. They are unknowledgeable and will lie instead of telling you that they're not sure about what they're talking about. Bought two vape pens that I was told had natural cannabis terpenes and that was a complete lie. Fake flavoring gave me a headache and threw them right in the trash. Never coming here again. Oh, and don't forget they give a free gift for a five-star review on Google so that explains why all the five stars. Pathetic

NO COMPASSION! Been goin here for years and spent over $14,000 and I walk in before 6 for happy hour but the bud tender took forever said I have to pay full price. This place is trash for not being cool about that since I spent so much money here already. I asked to speak to a manager about it and they said it didn't matter. It was the girl with the two piercing on her eyebrow that pretty much didn't even try. And she seen me here for years here. But no compassion at all. And they know weed is expensive already.

Very en happy with the $50 soft nugs. The weed is old not cured correctly horrible waste of money. The packing is very suspicious. The info is on the box not the actual bar so they can swap them around at free will. There is no guarantee you’re getting what you pay for cause they can just change the box on some old weed. Very in Satisfied I only trust Traditional the shop is $10 cheaper and you’re guaranteed to get a fresh product. Shame on these koioks !

Meh, a it's a pretty modern shop. Like walking into a best buy. Wide selection, plenty of options whether be cost or quality, only thing is maybe the bud tenders could be more welcoming or nicer. I think I caught a girl that was on her last hour or something. Hope I don't get the stink eye next time I'm in. Management was on point BTW when it came to customer service and entry point was definitely welcoming on my way in and out when checking in.

Bud tender is incompetent. Lied about percentage to make sale. After purchasing I noticed the lie and tried to exchange only to be told all sales are final. I didn't even leave the property
