I have been using multiple products from The Helping Friendly Salve for a few years now. The Salve being the most used product. From keeping my hands from cracking due to hand sanitizer to helping my neck and shoulder pain, the salve is truly a great multi use product. Also the Delta 8 gummy have allowed me to utilize a natural and healthy remedy for anxiety and worry and allow me to relax and de-stress with out having to take anti anxiety medication. That’s a big deal for me, and I would highly recommend that you give them a whirl.

Helping Friendly Hemp is one of the finest Hemp Product companies I have run across. Their topical Full Spectrum & D8 salve is utilized daily by wife and I. It helps with her back & knee pain and helps me with Psoriasis. Wife also utilizes D8 gummies for back pain, she would rather use it than Rx medication for her pain. With so many fly-by-night companies entering the Hemp industry it's a relief that companies like Helping Friendly Hemp are consistently delivering quality products for my hemp needs. I have been a customer for nearly 2 years and I will continue to purchase from them.

I am a fairly new online customer. My first order was perfect. I normally do not leave bad reviews even if there are issues as long as the company responds or tries. I've been in customer service all of my life and value that in a company. However, I have reached out multiple times via email and in store messaging with no response at all. The first message I sent was 6 days ago. The company shipped my package in a timely manner. I was put off by the fact it took a bit longer but that was fine. I paid for Next Day Air which was just shy of $30 because I was unable to leave home to purchase anything. This was the only way for me to get the product. UPS has now lost my package which is not their fault. But when I reached out for some guidance or help I received nothing in response. I was able to file a UPS claim but I am unsure how that works being the receiver especially since I didn't pay them directly. I hope to hear from someone soon so that I can redo my review with my updated positive experience. I understand things happen and slip through the cracks but it is what comes after and how people respond that matters.

Hi Jason; Thank you for calling me and letting me know about your disgruntled employee, who was my salesperson. As you can see, I am rectifying my review. From your voice message, you left on my phone. I thank you for wanting to rectify what happened with your x-employee. I will send you the information to your text message. I wish you well in your business. Thank you again for correcting the problem as well as the product. I'm sure my husband will also agree. I will still continue to purchase from your company. "The Helping Friendly Co. My apologies for the first review. Sincerely, Lea Tillman

Where should I start? UPS was late with my order because the address was wrong - IT WAS NOT, even UPS label shows correct address and had originally said would be delivered on Tuesday but got it Thursday. Again, NOT HF's fault and I never said it was. But when I did receive the product, the box is the one I ordered but the device is labeled as something different. Emailed them and Nikki asked me to send a pic of the product (had already sent email WITH pic of incorrect product, correct box and packing slip). She had me call her. She tells me that UPS got it to me within the 3 to 5 business days (already said that part wasn't their fault!) And that the product was MISLABELED. She told me to just try it and see if it's not actually what I had ordered and just mislabeled. And then says "I see here we already gave you 20% off your order" which I pointed out was a discount to ANYONE on their first order (to which Nikki corrected me that it's ONLY to those that put in their email) so I corrected my statement and said that the 20% off was for ANYONE who put in their EMAIL, not for the issues I had with their shipment. She didn't even offer an apology. And those are the words I was waiting to hear. "We're sorry." Or "We apologize." Those little words do so much. Very poor customer service. Told her I wasn't happy and I would not recommend their company and won't be using them again. I don't know if the product was MISLABELED but I'm stuck with it since that's what I was told to try it and see. (My problem is if I try it long enough for me to tell, it will be used and she wouldn't replace it anyway.) Edited: And she put her own 5 star review on her own company? Wow. Wonder how many other 5 star reviews are employees of the company. Artificially inflate those 5 star reviews.
