Very poor customer service. I was stared at before my transaction,there was no greeting or how can I help you or anything. This isn't the first time this has happened either. The owner is mad cool but that young kid/cashier has a attitude problem He needs to learn proper customer service etiquette because of this I will NOT be patronizing this establishment ever again.

Friendly and courteous service. Haven’t smoked a cigar in many years. Told the girl what I was looking for and asked for a recommendation. She gave me a great choice. Enjoyed the cigar on my back deck watching the Phillies’ game. Thank you.

I've been going to this AMAZEBALLS VAPE SHOP .. probably since it's been OPEN(ed)... I haven't EVER had a BAD EXPERIENCE.. the OWNER .. and his WIFE .. are AMAZING ..they are DOWN TO EARTH .. VERY HOSPITABLE .. as well as KNOWLEDGEABLE.. about their PRODUCTS ..and on the OFF CHANCE they MAY NOT KNOW about SOMETHING .. which is ALMOST NEVER .. they will FIND OUT ASAP. They make the CUSTOMER .. feel as tho they are THE ONLY CUSTOMER(s) .. its VERY FEW and EVEN FURTHER BETWEEN .. just how NICE .. and as I SAID .. DOWN TO EARTH they ALWAYS ARE!! ... they're always asking how u are .. and NOT GENERICALLY .. they REALLY MEAN IT ..and LEGIT CARE ..and if ur having some issues FINANCIALLY ..THEY WILL ABSOLUTELY WORK WITH YOU!!!! ... and what's EVEN BETTER ..THE EMPLOYESS ARE EVEN MORE AMAZEBALLS!! .. it's LEGIT HARD TO FIND PEOPLE THAT CARE .. and in EVERY WAY .. the OWNER as well as his EMPLOYEES ..ALL REEEEALLY DO .. Sold me a defective elfbar and refused to take it back less than 5 mins after purchase. Will be contacting my bank for a charge back. Do not conduct business with this establishment .

Really nice shop. Great products, good prices, very polite family run business. I highly recommend them. I had an issue with the glass extension I had purchased and they swapped it right out with no fuss at all. I will be returning and referring The Smoke Shop to my friends.
