I'm a athlete and I regularly buy supplements online. But every once in a while I need to get things immediately. Vitamin Shoppe has a pretty good selection and usually find what I'm looking for there. Overall this particular location is decent and the staff is usually friendly. The only issue I ran into lately is with their coupon promotion. I was checking out about 2 weeks ago and the cashier said "did you know you had $10 coupon? Do you want to use it now?". I was like "awesome!" and was happy to get a discount. I then got another coupon in mail a few days ago. I assumed this was a new coupon from Vitamin Shoppe and was excited to use it also. I stopped by the same location and went to pick up some new product. This time the manager was checking me out and I showed him the mail coupon. He had trouble ringing it up. He then said "did you already used this coupon?". I explained that it was a new one I got in the mail. He responded that it was the same coupon, but cashiers could help people apply it without the postcard/email. He was then like "sorry...do you still want to buy this product?". Being frustrated I declined. I'm not going to have a heart attack over not getting a $10 coupon that day. But Vitamin Shoppe should do something for people who get confused over there promotions. I really did think they mailed me a new coupon and I did go out of my way to visit the store. Other than that issue I really have no problems with them.

This is my 1st time going to this Vitamin Shoppe and service was great. The two ladies/women that helped me were nice. It's a bit further drive from where I live but they were the only Shoppe that had what I needed.

Worst customer service at San Diego Vitamin Shoppe. Super frustrating. I’ve been a loyal customer of Vitamin Shoppe for 15 years. I will never return to this location.

I was sad after coming back from a GNC. They disrespected me and violated my emotional health in soooo many different ways. It brought back traumatic memories from my past. I was having a sad and long day. Until I walked into the vitamin shop and met Danny, Edgar and he who shall not be named. These guys brought back fond memories of my glory days as I got the supplementation I needed. I was able to bench press 405 and run 3 miles in 13:05 because of these gents immaculate customer service. If there was an example for what true customer service is, this vitaminshop is it. An emulation of perfection. Truly made me cry out of joy that my lifelong journey for happiness was over. Thank you Vitamin shoppe. You have my heart over GNC .
