The owner and everyone in the store was very helpful with a large order. They went above and beyond. Great prices.

A hard-headed owner keeps what would be an amazing Smoke Shop from rising above. The staff are amazing ,insightful hard workers that will do what they can to provide you with the best experience for your money. However the lack of proper restocks and a stubborn unreliable owner lead to several problems. The owner will refuse to adjust prices even with information to help adjust them. The owner will refuse to restock products even after being told multiple times. The owner will also sometimes answer a call and tell you, the customer that something is stocked without even knowing if it's there simply to try and get a sale, which just leads to you coming to the shop and thinking it's the workers fault. Don't get me wrong the owner is a chill person, but overtly emotional over the wrong problems. This store deserves better, it deserves better wages, better sourced product, better priced product and an actual chain of command as opposed to whatever messy situation it has currently. Go here for the workers, go somewhere else for better prices.

Idk what the new people have been doing, but it's like they're always closed with a "be right back sign". A couple of months ago I could just come whenever, but now there's always a sign up
