I absolutely love Kelly and her business! She is so sweet and such a natural entrepreneur. Very impressed with what she has done so far. What a cool business for Central Lake! We are lucky to have a dispensary that CARES.

This is the only place in northern Michigan and most of Michigan that sells real bud most other people like loom selling that D9 bullshit. The owner was very sweet and passionate about being a healthy high quality cannabis to everyone and doing her best to stave off big greedy corporations who don’t care about your health and only want your money! I will personally only be shopping here from now on now that I know it exists and I’m from Montana so I hadn’t even heard of D9 but glad I was educated but very sad to see the state going towards all fake D9 bud. Support torch cannabis so we can still have at least one spot selling real buds!!!!

This place is the biggest rip off. They charge 2 - 3X more than any other dispensary. The owner - Kelly - does not honor her word. She overcharged (by $90) me when she offered a BOGO and then said the offer wasn't valid - even though she called me on the phone to make this offer. I was so stunned I didn't realize her offer of $50 off my purchase was $90 less than she original Then she failed to comply with Michigan State law and did not place an identification label on either purchase I made - and then when I went back in the owner hand wrote the name of one type of cannabis on the package - not the required label from the state for safety and compliance. Who know what else she is up to? She has lost all my trust - Because she is the only store within miles between Petoskey and TC she rips off her customers - and now I am an ex customer and will only take my business to those places that comply with the law and honor their promotions. And despite spending over $1000 at her store the owner has this response. Not apologizing, just blame the customer. If you point out what happens to you she blames her competitors, customers, employees. Guess the customer is ALWAY WRONG. Could she be any more judgmental? She called me to tell me the product would be there Saturday. I told her I could come back instead she offered to make them while I waited. And still this is how she treats a customer. Is it complaining when your customer suggest ways for you to do more business by suggesting they carry what you prefer? Obviously she hasn't a clue about customer service with her mindset.

I loved the smiling dog greeting me at the door. Great knowledgeable help, I was blown away by the selection. Premium choices. Pineapple express and Sour Nuke...whatta score!
