Track Town used to be my go-to, mostly because of Dan and Katelynn. Since they’ve left, the experience hasn’t been the same. If you’re searching for them, they’re now at the new Urban Canna dispensary, 1815 Main Street. And honestly, that’s where the quality customer service went.

The woman working in the morning of 8/6 was one of the best budtenders I've experienced, very willing to show us all the local brands as we were passing through. If we pass back through Eugene again we will definitely be coming back 😃

I've shopped here awhile now and was treated well as a customer from Dan at first. Once he left I loved the night crew and mainly went in at night-Stevie and Morgan were so kind and knew what they were talking about! Always left with amazing product and happy. It sucks the way that this place has changed since they left. The remaining staff have been particularly rude an inconsiderate, and I will likely be moving my business elsewhere.

I use this dispensary for years till I found out they have no concept of what a loyal customer is. You would be better served going anywhere else. Doubly won't be going back here. Is that hip enough for you.

Rob was a life saver!! Our dog jumped on the window and broke the pane of glass. The window is right by our front door and it’s incredibly Smokey out from all the fires right now. Not to mention keeping our dogs contained. I was given Rob’s number when I was calling around for help, and even though he and his son were on their way out of town to escape the terrible smoke, he was incredibly kind to swing by and replace the glass for us first 🙏🏼 Rob and his son were so nice to talk with and we just can’t thank them enough for saving us so quickly! Amazing business and it’s so great when you get to meet such genuinely kind and selfless people these days. Thank you so much Rob! ❤️

In my opinion, this is the best place to shop for what you need. Prices are reasonable and the staff is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Always a welcoming atmosphere.
