I’ve been going to Trulieve about 3 yrs now . And I can say I’ve never had any bad experience.. the customer service is outstanding (wish I could name everyone) they take the time to know what you need and remember your name and face . 🤍 the quality is top notch and they have everything you can possibly think of . I be laughing every time I come there & i discover something new . Never switching up !

Top notch! Kevin and Katie were standing at the lobby counter to greet me. Katie walked me to the counter personally and helped me without ever making me feel rushed. She knew her stuff and answered all of my questions. This location truly seems to have adult budtenders that know their cannabis. Not ignorant children feigning customer service like you see at some other dispensaries. Felt similar to some of the "high-end" dispensaries I've been to in other states. Good deals and selection also. You've got a new regular!

AJ, Heather, Caleb, and everybody else that works here whose names escape me right now are the coolest budtenders. They're always so friendly and even more helpful when selecting and recommending products. They're why I only come to this store to make purchases. Please give them as big a raise as possible as an inventive to keep being so awesome and keep people coming back!

Aj , Caleb, && Heather !! Top staff !! Definitely need a raise. But when visiting HEATHER made me feel welcomed && made my visits permanent. I could give nothing but good reviews about those 3 all day. But Jolene is a little rude. I left my last place because of rudeness. But those 3 will make me stay or travel where ever they go !!

The team here is awesome- it feels like a second home when I walk in and everyone knows my name. Heather is always so helpful when I have questions about products. She takes her time educating me and has a great attitude.
