I had been coming here for a while due to convenience. Sad to say I will not be returning. They close at 10p so I decided to place my order at 9:30 and it was quickly confirmed. I placed my order thinking I was getting a “pod” for my battery. They only make one “pod” that fits this specific battery. When I went to pick up my order, it was brought out. The guy at the register was asking me if that was what I had gotten. He said the product as a disposable, which left me confused as what I wanted and placed the order as was listed as a “reload” which from my understanding was the pod I needed to put in my specific battery. * I still have the screen shot of what it said of what I thought I was getting so even if it said something different on his end, there was no room for understanding or solving the issue* When I was trying to say I didn’t think that was right and ask questions he could all defensive saying he didn’t know and that’s what he saw on his end. When I was trying to ask questions about the product he was quickly annoyed and defensive. For me the frustration was not having my questions answered and feeling dismissed. Another worker in the back heard the confusion and went to look for the actual type of product I was looking for. He was talking to me all the way from the back of the dispensary, mind you behind a wall, and so I couldn’t hear a word he was saying. It felt like there was no true effort to help or resolve the issue. I even said that I knew they were getting ready to close and that I would’ve gladly come back another time. In the end they ended up finding what I needed, but honestly I wish I would have just left and not given them my money. I don’t agree that “the customer is always right”, but I do not agree with the lack of help and quick frustration. If you’re looking for people to explain an issue of the system they use, I would definitely NOT go here. Sad to say I will not be returning even with the convenient location due to such poor customer service.

Super friendly and helpful place. Super quick and Kyle helped me at the counter after i had placed the wrong order. Super chill environment, and very hospitable.

Recently moved to jersey and was looking for a local, reliable spot. Been in there a few times now and everyone is very helpful and nice. Mike has helped me out once or twice now, very nice and welcoming guy. Definitely my go to spot! Got some great deals too.

I hope your name is Aubrey. I came thru the other day around sunset, pulling an rv through the parking lot was fun. I was mistaken for an employee by a fellow Veteran but was able to share some of my personal experiences. Either way she was an amazing help showing me the store and different products to help me. Will be returning based on her character and helpfulness alone.

Uma Flowers is the best choice by far, the products they have which are all amazing back by a huge variety and the best prices. Plus the support while shopping is the best around. Kyle was a huge help steering me to the best product and always gives the best information on anything you need. Best dispensary hands down!!
