M has the best customer service and I look forward to seeing them at the shop! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

My favorite vape shop to go to, everyone is great and always helpful! They constantly have deals going on different products, and the customer appreciation nights they do is always fun to attend. I've gotten to know pretty much every person there, and unless I'm out of town, this has been the only place I shop at for the past couple years.

One of the best shops in the area!! I came here just to check it out. They literally have everything. They had all the newest vape juices, mods, tanks, coils and everything and the prices were the best prices I’ve seen around. I don’t think anyone in the area has prices as good as these guys. Not only if the place filled with amazing vape stuff, they have the coolest glass pieces and bongs there too. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. You actually feel welcomed when you come into this shop, unlike other shops. Highly recommend coming here.

I've didn't 100s of dollars at this place and I've received horrible customer service. I just bought a vape a few days ago, I told KIM that the pod start leaking. She wasn't trying to help me, she gave me a hard time, made it seem like it's my fault and said she don't know me like that when I asked why would I lie. She finally gave me a pod but said she's losing money by giving me 1 as if they didn't sell me a bad 1. I told Shelly but I am disgusting by kim! She didn't even hand me the pod she threw it on the counter. You guys shouldn't have ppl with nasty attitudes working for your company. They give you a bad name and I'm not even sure that I will want to go there anymore. You lost a loyal customer. There's anther girl there who I don't like her customer service either. She's skinny, short, black hair with weird ear piercing but Kim put the icing on the cake. This isn't the first time she's been rude to me and I'm sure other ppl complained about her too based on the owners response. I love Shelly and the other guy owner but the girls you have working there will be the stores down fall. Run the camera back, I can't make this up. I came in with my baby earlier today
