I really like this vape store. The owner is very knowledgeable, and they always have what I need. The knowledge and quality of merchandise really sets them apart from the others. Other vape stores around focus more on their glass then they do vape products and 95 percent of the time they have no idea what they are talking about. 10/10 recommend this store over any. Will be my store while I'm in Memphis. Thanks for a great experience ☺️

Solid selection and always friendly and helpful staff. Gear is about double you’ll find it for online for a lot of stuff but that’s standard practice for these type storefronts. And unlike a lot of these stores, this one is actually full of inventory and the staff is actually helpful regardless who is there

The best vape shop I have experienced in not just the Memphis area, but the best vape shop I have experienced period. The customer service is exceptional. They have gone way beyond the standard for good customer service MULTIPLE times. I drive 25-30 minutes (1-way) to shop there. If you ever need to go to a vape shop, go to this one. I haven't been to another shop since.

Was in the area and needed a new disposable vape so I stopped by this shop. The guy working (I’m not sure if he was the owner or not) was so kind and offered me a sweet tea and crackers because I dropped my phone and wallet and after apologizing I mentioned I hadn’t eaten all day so my brain was a little foggy. I kept mentioning I was going to Firehouse Subs a few doors down, but he insisted i take them. That was so sweet of him to do that for me. I lost my grandfather yesterday, so of course I got a little emotional after getting in the car after. You never know what people are going through and a small act of kindness really goes a long way. Thank you and I’ll definitely be back if I’m over in that area.
